A New book written by Stephen P. Halbrook, a lawyer who has argued and won three cases before the US Supreme Court and is well known for his involvement in Second Amendment and gun control litigation.
In an interview in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Halbrook said that he decided to research the topic because "Nobody has ever researched it.
Stephen P. Halbrook is Research Fellow at The Independent Institute.
He has taught legal and political philosophy at George Mason University, Howard University, and Tuskegee Institute, and he received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and Ph.D. in social philosophy from Florida State University.
He is The winner of three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court
